Hi everyone. I hope you are all well. This month absolutely just flew past didn't it? Anyways.. here are my favorites from the past month. Not much, but I had a lot of no-makeup days this month being busy at school and giving up time in the morning usually allocated for makeup for extra sleep ;b. Anyways onto the stuff..
REN ClearCalm3 Clarifying Clay Mask - I use the Aveeno one but I found my skin much prefers me to use this one. It's clay based, so it's deep cleansing but also super gentle on the skin. It works wonders used with the clarisonic as well. I love it! I really want to try other bits from this line now too!
Living Proof Prime Style Extender - I got this in a VIB sephora perk set. A hair primer, say what?! I use this after I wash my hair and apply hair oils and find it really makes it easier to blow dry and everything. My hair stays nicely styled for the rest of the day and I just love it. Maybe it's a gimmicky thing but I've been using it everyday since and I definitely want to get a full size of it when it's done. It also has a lovely fruity scent ;)
Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup Foundation - I got this a bit before christmas but only started using it this past month. I never tried anything from the colorstay range before but heard good things about it. This foundation does have a whipped texture but not like the maybelline dream matte mousse stuff (which I'm not a fan of). It's easy to blend, and really lasts all day on the skin. The packaging is a little less to be desired even though it's in a glass jar.. it's not really hygienic actually, so I usually use a q-tip to get the amount I want. I use a blending brush to apply it and it works wonderfully! Isn't drying on the skin and doesn't affect my sensitive skin!
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in 'Natural Beauty' - I've been reaching for this almost every day this month and I love it. It gives a natural flush to the cheeks and a little goes a long way with this product!
that's it for my favorites of January. What were your monthly favorites? let me know in the comments below!
thanks so much for reading! xo
